Veena K, has over two and a half decades of experience in the field of beauty. She manages the R&D and the training department of Naturals & Page 3 Salon. She is highly passionate in developing women entrepreneurs. Out of the 700+ entrepreneurs in Naturals 400+ of them are women. She wants to create a housewife-free India. She excels in providing quality education and set high standards in training the staff. She has won many outstanding awards for her contribution in the beauty industry
CK Kumaravel
- CEO & Co-Founder
CK Kumaravel is highly passionate about developing entrepreneurs. He graduated from PSG College, Coimbatore. He is an excellent motivational speaker who has inspired 1000’s of students and entrepreneurs, and is a highly motivated leader in the Industry. His philosophy in franchising is to use the parental approach to build Naturals as the No.1 Salon brand in the country. He has been honored with many industry awards for his contribution to organizing the unorganized beauty sector
Dr. Chackochen Mathai

Dr. Chackochen Mathai is a passionate educator from the franchising industry with 3+ decades of experience in working with major training companies such as DSRC, Aptech, SSI, NIIT and CADD center. He is highly passionate about building Naturals Beauty Academy as the leading Beauty Academy along with his team. He has a Ph.D., in Franchise Management. He has won many awards for his contribution to the Franchising Industry. He is a regular writer and speaker at Professional forums.

Mallika Gowtham has 3+ decades of experience in the field of Beauty training, has spearheaded various training academies. She holds a PG degree in Demography and International diplomas like CIBTAC and CITY GUILDS in Skin, Hair and Make up. She helped in the preparation of beauty curricula for several govt. projects and courses in colleges. She has won many awards for her contribution to this industry.
